Patient Choice Matters: LA Senate Candidates Responses

Senate Candidate Responses on Competitive Bidding

Do you know what your vote is counting for?

Before you head to the polls, take a moment to learn where candidates stand on the issues that matter most. An informed vote is a powerful vote.

✅ Who Is Standing With Patients?

After personally reaching out to John Fleming regarding Medicare Competitive Bidding, we were encouraged to receive his response in support of patient choice and access to local providers.

At PCG Medical, we believe patients should have the freedom to choose the healthcare providers they know and trust. That’s why we’re committed to educating our community on how Medicare Competitive Bidding can impact access to care.

As we continue this advocacy effort, we also believe it’s important to recognize the candidates who take the time to respond and share where they stand on issues that directly affect patients. We appreciate Dr. Fleming’s support for protecting patient choice and access to local providers.

Every vote matters. Make sure you know where your candidates stand before heading to the polls.

❓ Who Chose Not to Respond?

PCG Medical reached out to both Democratic runoff campaigns through their official campaign platforms to ask their position on protecting patient choice and access regarding Medicare Competitive Bidding.

As of the date of this publication, we have not received a response from either campaign.

  • Jamie DavisNo response received
  • Gary CrockettNo response received

We believe voters deserve to know where every candidate stands on issues that affect healthcare access. If either campaign provides a response, we will gladly update this information.
