“As a caregiver for my husband and full time Urology nurse, my comments are plain and simple. If you cannot empty your bladder without a catheter, you are in trouble! Patients who have Neurogenic bladders know first hand what I’m speaking of. If at some point in your life you have ran low on supplies, then you NEED a local company to hand deliver that day. This is not something you can manage without. I am a true believer in small companies and the personal service that you get from them. I believe all nurses should be required to catheterize themselves first, then their patients. Only then would they recognize the importance of ordering catheters for their patients.”

“Switching to PCG Medical gave us huge peace of mind because they deliver all of our supplies on time every month, provide more support and advice and are highly accessible and responsive. PCG Medical also has a licensed physical therapist on staff who personally assisted our daughter in learning how to self cath. We are very happy with the additional results we gained by switching to PCG.”

“My daughter had difficulty performing CIC at school. Our nurse suggested that we switch to PCG as our intermittent catheter supplier. PCG listened to our needs, gave us advice and training, and sent us better supplies! She succeeded on her own! PCG truly cares!”

“The level of support and supplies I receive from PCG are the best! PCG is responsive by email, phone and Facebook. PCG worked with me to change my supplies to what I really needed. When I switched, my old catheter company called repeatedly asking me to switch back, but I am getting a level of support and quality catheters that I wasn’t getting before! I recommend PCG to my doctors and friends!”

“I am slowly getting better thanks to the support and encouragement I receive from Micheline at PCG. She has sent me numerous devices to make it easier for me. The last one she sent is the best one. It is a thigh spreader with a mirror in between. She sends me samples of catheters so I can figure out which one is easiest for me and has low friction to cut down on infections.”
